How to Make Stainless Steel Water Tanks

Step 1, to shear the sheets from the stainless steel rolls into small pieces with right dimensions by shearing machines or electric clippers. 

  Our welding machine is of resistance welding machine, which doen't require high precision.

Step 2, to pre-fix the tank body by spot welding machine

Step 3, to make linear welding on tank body

Step 4, to make multi-ridges and single ridges around the tanks.

one machine can do the two work by having the concerning top rollers and bottom roller meet together. Here take ridges rolling machine with manual pressing down as an example:

Step 5, to weld top tank covers and bottom covers into tank body.

firstly to weld the top tank covers because there are manholes on them and the bottom tank covers can be welded by going through the manholes.

(1) Firstly to pre-fix the tank covers into tanks by spot welding or by seam welding machine

(2) Secondly to make tank welding

Step 6, to make the stand rings with angle steel or square s.s. pipe

Step 7, to weld stands to the rings by hands

The angle steel can be cut by angle steel cutting machines or by sand cutter
